Non-Compete Ban Proposed by Federal Trade Commission

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is proposing a ban on companies requiring workers to sign non-compete provisions. Additionally, companies would no longer be able to require training repayment agreements. The rule is intended to support workers who leave their employers to seek better jobs.
