Smith-Wright Congratulates 2021 Athena Award Winners

Smith-Wright Law Congratulates Patti James and Meagan Flippin for being the 2021 Athena Award Winners. Patti James, of PB&J Consulting, received the 2021 Rutherford ATHENA Award and Meagan Flippin, of the United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties, received the Young Professional Leadership Award. Twenty-seven outstanding women leaders in our community were nominated for these awards.

Smith-Wright Law is a proud supporter of the Rutherford Athena Award Program which recognizes the excellence of women leaders in Rutherford County and provides a $3,000 Nontraditional Scholarship to a woman pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree later in life. The firm served as a Pin Sponsor for this year’s awards and Sonya Wright acted as a member of the Athena Patron’s Society.
