Smith-Wright Supports Orpheus Competition

Smith-Wright Law is proud to once again support the Orpheus Vocal Competition presented by the Middle Tennessee Choral Society. The Orpheus Vocal Competition is open to singers from 19 to 30 years of age around the US who are pursuing vocal careers. Founded in 1996, Orpheus is the only vocal competition of this nature in the southeast. Vocalists compete in two categories, student and young artist. The competition is always held the first weekend of March and this year’s competition will be held on March 2-3.

Smith-Wright sponsored the Strauss Award, which is presented to a vocalist in the student category. Smith-Wright congratulates Carlos Ahrens for being this year’s Strauss Award recipient.
