Steve Elkins Joins Smith-Wright

We are pleased to announce that Steve Elkins has joined our team.  Steve concentrates his practice in the areas of general business and employment law, administrative and regulatory matters, and estate administration and probate.  He brings to the firm an extensive knowledge and understanding of state government, earned through his eight years of service of state government, including almost four years as Legal Counsel to Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen.
